ISI Application Form 2018
After reading the information brochure carefully, students should fill the ISI 2018 application form.
- The application will be released via online mode through the website.
- Candidates can get the application form for PG Diploma in Statistical Methods and Analytics course by post or in person from the ISI North-East Centre.
- Candidates have to upload the scanned images of the signature and photograph in a specified format.
- The image should be in bmp, gif, png, jpg & jpeg formats.
- The maximum size of the photograph is 50 KB (30 KB for signature).
- In case of applying for PG Diploma in Statistical Methods & Analytics course, candidates have to submit the application along with required documents to the address mentioned below:

Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs.700/- for general candidates and Rs.350/- for SC/ST/OBC/PD candidates. Candidates can pay the registration fee through debit card/credit card/net banking or challan payment at the SBI Bank.
