IIT JAM 2017 correction in admission form has been started. Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (IIT JAM 2017) is national level exam that is conducted by IISc or IIT rotationally. IIT JAM 2017 Exam Dates
IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc) exam dates have been officially declared by the IIT, Delhi. The examination was held on Sunday (12th February 2017). IIT JAM 2017 has been conducted in two sessions I & II. Biological Sciences (BL), Mathematics (MA) and Physics (PH) will be scheduled on Session I (9:00 a.m. -12:00 noon ) while Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Geology (GG) and Mathematical Statistics (MS) will be scheduled on Session II (2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.). The Online registration was started from 2nd September 2016.

IIT-JAM Admission Procedure
After the result announcement, candidates selected in merit list can apply for the online admission form from 12th April to 27th April 2017 through the official portal. The defects raised in admission application must be rectified by 8th May, 2017 5PM failing to correct the defects, the application is liable to be rejected.Through admission form, candidates will be eligible for JAM counselling to any of the corresponding academic programmes of IISc and IITs. Based on the qualified test papers, candidates can apply to one or more academic programmes that covered under those test papers, subject to fulfillment of the Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQs) and the Eligibility Requirements (ERs) of the Admitting Institute(s).

IITJAM Result
The JAM 2017 result has been declared on 24th March 2017 on the official site. The Score Card (indicating the All India Rank and the marks obtained by the candidate has been available for qualified candidates from 31st March 2017 to July 31, 2017.No score card will be sent to the candidates through offline mode. On the basis of performance in JAM 2017, for each test paper, separate merit list will be prepared for GEN, OBC-NCL, SC, ST and PwD candidates.

IIT JAM 2017 Answer Key
IIT Delhi was released the IIT JAM 2017 answer key and question papers on 28th February 2017. Candidates can challenge the answer key of any question after giving their justification(s) and payment of Rs. 500 (for each question) through the online payment portal available in the JOAPS. Answer key can be challenged from 10:00 AM of 1 March 2017 till 3 March 2017 (10:00 PM). Final answer key was released on 23rd March 2017.
IIT JAM Admit Card
Candidates can download the JAM 2017 admit card through the official portal. The admit card was available from the 10th January 2017 till Examination date. The admit card has not been sent via post or e-mail. The admit card contains information such as examination center and timing, candidates name & roll number and other exam related instructions.
IIT JAM Application Form
- Candidates can apply for the JAM 2017 Application Form only through online process.
- The application form was provided through the official site from 2nd September 2016.
- The application form was filled and submitted through online mode. Before filling the application form, candidates are advised to keep ready their scanned photographs, signature and caste certificate (SC/ST/PwD).
- The last date to submit the application form was extended till 13th October 2016. There is no need to send the application form or any other documents through offline mode.
Application Form Fee:
Candidates can pay the application form fee through online mode only. The application fee is Rs. 750/- (for one paper) or 1050/- (for two paper) for Female (all cat.)/SC/ST/PwD. For Gen. and OBC candidates, the fee is Rs. 1500/- (for one paper) or 2100/- (for two paper). If the candidates submit the fee through online payment mode, they will be able to make the payment using their net banking account, debit or credit cards.

Choice of Examination Cities:
At the time of applying for the IIT-JAM 2017 examination, candidates must specify their first, second and third choice cities. When the candidate choose their first city choice, then zone was determined and candidates will be able to choose the second city choice from the same zone. The third choice city was chosen from anywhere India, including from the same zone.

JAM 2017 Eligibility
Candidates applying for JAM entrance exam shall have to fulfill the following eligibility requirement for admission in IITs and IISc.
- Both Indian and Foreign Candidates can apply.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates belong to the General/OBC-NCL Category, have to get at least 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree, without rounding off. Candidates who belong to the SC/ST and PwD Category Candidates, they have to qualify 50% aggregate marks without rounding off in the qualifying degree.
- Candidates who have either appeared or are due to appear in the final examination of their qualifying degree in 2017 are also eligible for this entrance exam.
