Jharkhand Polytechnic Result 2017 – On 8th May 2017

Jharkhand Polytechnic 2017 Merit List

Jharkhand polytechnic 2017 merit list will be prepared as per the marks obtained by the candidates in entrance test. Along with combined merit list, the board will also publish category-wise merit list. If two or more candidates will get same marks, then inter-se-merit will be determined as follows:

Priority will be given to those candidates who score more marks in Mathematics subject.
If tie still remains, then candidates with more marks in Physics will get priority.
After applying 2nd condition if tie is not breaking, then candidate older in age will get higher place in merit merit.
At last, tie will break on the basis of first alphabetical name of candidate.

Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2017

The board will publish the counselling details on its official website. The counselling will be conducted as per the prescribed schedule by board. If seats remain vacant, then only further rounds of counselling will be conducted. It is expected that counselling will be conducted in the second week of May 2017. At the time of counselling, students have to pay minimal counselling charges. During counselling, students will be asked to fill the choices for colleges. Allotment of seats will purely depends upon candidate’s marks in entrance test and availability of seats.
