JCECE 2017 Answer Key
The answer key will be released within one week after the examination. Candidates can download the answer key via online mode through the website. Through answer key, candidates can calculate their rough marks they may score in the examination. The answer key will contain all the correct answers of the examination.
JCECE 2017 Admit Card
The JCECE 2017 Admit Card has been released on 11th May 2017. Candidates can download the JEECE 2017 Admit Card from 8th May 2017. Candidates can download the admit card through the official website of the board. If the candidate does not produce the admit card at the examination center, the candidate will not be permitted to examination hall under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to keep safe the admit card it will be needed to produce at the time of document verification. The admit card will contain details of candidates and exam related instructions.
JCECE 2017 Application Form
The JEECE 2017 Application Form was released only through online process. The JCECE 2017 application form was released from 14th April 2017 and was available till 5th May 2017. After form submission, any changes will not be entertained. There is no need to send the application form to the board.
Application Fee:
The application fee for JEECE 2017 will be Rs. 900 for General/BC-I/BC-II Class category and Rs. 450/- for SC/ST/FEMALE candidates. For JCECE 2017 (PCB & PCM group), the fee will be Rs. 900 for General/BC-I/BC-II and Rs. 450/- for SC/ST/Female. For JCECE 2017 (PCMB group), general & BC category candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 500/- for female and other reserved categories. The fee payment will be done via online modes. In online mode payment can be made through debit/credit card and net banking.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for JCECE 2017 & JEECE 2017 examinations are mentioned below:
Residential Eligibility:
- Candidate should be a citizen of India and local or permanent residence of Jharkhand state.
- Candidates will be required to produce the local or permanent residence certificate at the time of counselling.
Age Limit:
- There is no age limit for B.Tech courses.
- For medical courses, applicants should have completed 17 years of age on or before 1st July 2017.
Qualification Eligibility:
- Engineering Courses: aspirants must have passed intermediate or equivalent exam with physics & mathematics as compulsory subjects along with chemistry with securing minimum 45% marks for general candidates and 40% marks for reserved categories.
- Medical Courses: candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board and securing minimum 50% marks in PCB group for general candidates and 40% marks for reserved categories.
JCECE Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of JEECE 2017 & JCECE 2017 examination is given below:
- Type of Question: The paper will contain objective type questions.
- Question Paper Language: The language medium will be both English as well as Hindi.
- Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will carry one mark.
- Negative Marking: For each wrong answer, ¼ mark will be deducted from the total score. Negative marking will not be considered for no response. Negative marking will be done for multiple answers.

JCECE Syllabus
To score well in the examinations, candidates should always prepare according to the officially prescribed syllabus. The JCECE Syllabus is notified by JCECE board when the official notification will be released. The syllabus will consist of physics, chemistry, biology, biotechnology subjects. The syllabus will be of 10+2 standard. The JEECE Syllabus will contain subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics.

JCECE 2017 Result
The board will release the JCECE 2017 Result on 29th May 2017 and JEECE 2017 Result will be declared on 22nd May 2017. Candidates can check their result through the official website of the board. There is no provision of re-evaluation/re-checking of the answer sheets. Candidates can download the JCECE 2017 Rank Card via online mode. Candidates are advised to preserve the result till the admission process is completed.
JCECE 2018
JCECE 2018 (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) is a state level entrance exam. This exam is conducted for admission to the admission in first year of B.E./B.Tech, Agriculture, Forestry, B.V.Sc. and A.H., Homeopathy Degree courses. Candidates will be able to fill the application from the 3rd week of April 2018.
JCECE 2017 Counselling
A combined merit list will be prepared subject group wise on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the exam. Admissions will be strictly based on the merit list. Document verification will be done at the time of counselling/ admission. If the candidates fail to produce the original documents at the time of JCECE counselling 2017, the candidate will not be considered for admission. Candidates will be called for counselling process as per their obtained rank. Counselling will be conducted in two rounds. Candidates are required to pay counselling fee of Rs. 300 for general candidates and Rs. 250 for SC/ST candidates to participate in the counselling process.
