Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2017 seat matrix (after 1st counselling) has been released. The counselling is done strictly on the basis of merit list of the entrance test. Jharkhand Polytechnic is also referred as PECE (Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination) organized by the JCECE Board. It is a state level examination conducted for providing admissions into various diploma courses offered by different colleges in Jharkhand state. After the result announcement, the Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2017 is organized through offline mode. A merit list is prepared according to the marks secured in the exam. Students can participate in the counselling process as per their rank. The counselling is conducted through offline mode. Candidates have to pay Rs. 400 (Rs. 250 for SC/ST/All women) as a counselling fee. The counselling fee is submitted through bank Challan/P.O. Challan/Indian Postal Order. The counselling is organized in a given address:

Counselling Procedure

The detailed counselling procedure is given below:

• Students are able to participate in the counselling as per their rank on notified date and time.
• The counselling is organized via offline mode.
• Students have to bring the required certificates and fees at the time of counselling.
• The counselling fee is Rs. 250/- for SC, ST & all women candidates and Rs. 400/- for other categories.
• The fee payment is done through bank or post office challan.
• Students also have to pay the seat allotment fees of Rs. 1000/- through DD drawn in the favor of “Controller of Examination, JCECEB” payable at Ranchi.
• Students have to fill their choices from the list of seats available at that time.
• After seat allotment, students can report to the allotted college to complete their admission.

Documents Required at the time of Counselling

Students are required to bring the original certificates also with attested photocopies. Check the list of required documents from here:

• 10th or equivalent examination Admit Card, Mark sheet & Passing Certificate
