The university shall organize the counselling process through offline mode. The Allahabad University counselling process will be organized separately for various courses. A merit list will be prepared according to the marks scored by the candidates in the exam. Admissions will be given on the basis of merit list and availability of seats. Further counselling rounds may be organized in case of vacant seats.

• The counselling process shall be conducted via offline mode at the university campus.
• Students have to report for the counselling in person at the notified date and time.
• Students are needed to fill their preferences from the list of seats available at that time.
• On the basis of merit, filled options and availability of seats, seats shall be allotted to candidates.
• To confirm admission, students have to submit the required certificates and fees at the time of admission.
• In case students do not report at the specified date and timing, the seat will be offered to the next student in order of merit list.
