During the AIPMT Form filling candidates have many queries about fee payment, photograph, and medium of exam. To resolve such queries of the candidates, AIPMT released notification. On the basis of the queries that were received by the CBSE, the following information is provided by them.
Query 1: Fee has been paid twice through debit/credit card. When will excess fee be refunded?
Answer: This kind of refund is made in auto mode similarly as is being done in case of railway reservation. Concerned banks will verify and refund the fee automatically in the same account from which fee has been paid.
Query 2: Photo has been uploaded in the application form which doesn’t have name of the candidate and date of photograph?
Answer: The photograph which is to be uploaded in the application form does not require name of the candidate and date of photograph. Also, if any candidate has uploaded the photograph having name and date of photograph, the same will also is accepted.
But name and date of photograph is must on the photograph to be carried to the examination centre on the day of examination affixed on the proforma.
Query 3: I wish to choose English as medium but wrongly Hindi has been chosen. Now wish to change the medium?
Answer: In such cases, no change is allowed. However, the Hindi medium paper will be bilingual meaning thereby it will be both in Hindi and English.
Query 4: I wish to choose Hindi as medium but wrongly English has been chosen. Now wish to change the medium?
Answer: In such cases, no change is allowed. Candidates will be supplied question paper in English medium only.
Query 5: I wish to change the Examination Centre City?
Answer: No change is allowed once the choice of the centre city has been submitted.
Query 6: I have filled in the wrong qualification code?
Answer: Qualification code once submitted is not allowed to be changed as it makes no effect on the eligibility of the candidate for the AIPMT Examination.
