ISI Admission 2017 for various UG, PG and doctoral level courses will be done by the Indian Statistical Institute. ISI offers admission to its Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and other campuses. Admission in the campuses of Indian Statistical Institute will be made through ISI admission test and interview. Interview for M.Stat course was started from 12th June 2017 and for MSQMS programme interview was started from 25th June 2017. ISI admission into its various academic programmes is strictly based on the merit of the candidates which is prepared as per the candidate’s performance in admission test and interviews. Candidate’s past academic records may also be taken into account for granting admission. The names of candidates who are selected in admission test and called for interviews will be displayed on the official website of ISI. The list of final selected candidates will also published online.

ISI Selection Procedure 2017
Admission into academic courses of Indian Statistical Institute will be done on the basis of ISI admission test and interview. Based on performance in written test, students will be shortlisted for interview. INMO awardees are waived from taking the admission test for B Stat (Hons). Such candidates will be directly called for interview. The final selection will be based on candidate’s performance in both the written test and interview. The final list of selected candidates will be released after completion of all the interviews. Candidates having B Stat (Hons) degree from ISI are offered direct admission without any selection test or interview. Similarly, candidates with B Math (Hons) degree from ISI will be offered direct admission to M Math programme.
Candidates having valid GATE scores will be directly called for interview. The list of candidates who will be selected for the direct interview will be published on the official website of ISI.
