JEE Main (Joint Entrance Exam) is a national level exam that is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). JEE Main Cut-Off 2016
At this time, it is not possible to update the accurate details of JEE Main Cut-Off 2016. It is only announced after the result declaration. The JEE Main Cut off will be announced in the official site of the CBSE. The JEE Main Cut-Off will be actually determined as per difficulty level of the Exam and will also be proportionate seats available in all the IITs.

On the basis of the JEE Main examination marks and All India Rank (AIR), candidates will be shortlisted for allotment and admission. In order to qualify the exam, candidates have to score more marks than the JEE Main Cutoff 2016. More marks help the students to get a desired seat.
JEE Main Counselling Cut-Off 2016
Passing candidates will be selected for the counselling First round. In the first round for the admission purposes, different colleges will be decided by the students own opening and closing ranks. As per the reservations, merit and candidate intake, the JEE Main Cut-Off will be decided. Cut-Off will be issued for the next round after each round of the allotment.
The seat allotted to the candidate in Round 1, 2, 3 will be cancelled due to the following:
- Category (OBC, SC or ST) changed to GEN
- PwD status changed from Yes to No
- Gender entry changed from Male to Female
- Change in the State Code of Eligibility
- JEE Main Cut-Off 2016 of JEE Advanced 2016
At the time of accepting the allotment of seat in Round 1/Round 2/Round 3, the candidate will found to be ineligible for some of their chosen courses (e.g., due to colour blindness, one-eyed vision, etc.).
JEE Main Cut-Off 2016 of JEE Advanced 2016
Cut-Off of JEE Main 2016 is the minimum number of marks that is required by the candidates for appearing in the second stage that is JEE Advanced 2016. JEE Advanced will be organized on 22 May 2016 to get admission in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) across the country. CBSE issues JEE Main Cutoff to restrict number of candidates for JEE Advanced. Only top two lakh candidates from JEE (Main) 2016 will be eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced) 2016.
