The JEXPO 2017 is a state level polytechnic entrance test which is also referred as Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics. This examination is supervised by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education. Through this examination, student will be selected for providing admissions in the first year of various diploma courses offered by polytechnic colleges in West Bengal state. JEXPO 2017 Application Form
Students can avail the JEXPO 2017 Application Form through online process. The application form will be released in the third week of February 2017. The application fee will be Rs. 450/- for general and Rs. 225/- for Kanyashree Enrollees. After submitting the online application, candidates are required to take printout of the application form and submit it along with the required documents and fees to any polytechnic centre in West Bengal.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students must have passed or appearing in 10th or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
- Candidates should have obtained minimum 35% aggregate in the qualifying exam (without additional subjects).
- There is no age limit prescribed for this exam.

Exam Pattern
This exam has been divided into two papers, i.e. paper 1 for Mathematics and Paper 2 for Physics & chemistry. The question paper will comprises of total 200 questions. The exam duration will be two hours (120 minutes). Total 100 questions will be asked from Mathematics and 50 questions will be asked form Physics and Chemistry each.
JEXPO 2017 Admit Card
The JEXPO 2017 Admit Card will be available to download in the second week of May 2017. Students can get their admit card through online mode. In this article we will provide the link to download the admit card. Students note down it is necessary to produce the admit card at the examination centre. Admit card will not be sent by post.
JEXPO Result 2017
The authority will release the JEXPO Result 2017 in the first week of June 2017. Students can check the result via online mode through the official link. Candidates are required to enter their Enrollment Number or Candidate’s Name to view the result. Students don’t forget to take extra printouts of the result and keep it safe for further use.
JEXPO Counselling 2017
The JEXPO Counselling 2017 will be started from the third week of June 2017. The counselling procedure will be conducted through online and offline (for vacant seats) process. Candidates will be called for counselling on the basis of merit list.
