IIST Merit List 2017 will be announced through online mode. Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) is a deemed university which provides education in the field of engineering, technology, space science and applications. The University did not conduct any IIST entrance exam for providing admission into these courses. The IIST admission will be based on the JEE Main, JEE Advanced, GATE, JEST, UGC NET, etc. Here, we have mentioned the details about IIST 2017 Merit List.
IIST Merit List 2017
IIST Admission Rank List 2017 will be made only for the candidates who register online for the admission into IIST & fulfill the eligibility criteria specified by the IIST. For UG courses, the IIST result (rank list) will be published in the last week of June 2017. For PG courses, the rank list will be displayed on the second week of May 2017.
IIST 2017 Merit List will be based on the JEE Main 2017 & JEE Advanced 2017 All-India Rank (including category rank) only for B.Tech programme. The marks obtained by the candidates in the examination will be used only for deciding the eligibility for admission into IIST.
The Institution will generate two separate merit list for the counselling and allotment procedure. The first merit list will be made on the basis of all India rank and second merit list will be prepared on the basis of the category of the candidates.
