Students will be able to fill the Pondicherry University application form 2017 through online process only. Candidates can apply for more than one course. Aspirants have to apply separately for each course. It is advised to the candidates to ensure their eligibility before applying for the exam. Application Fee
The application fee for each course will be Rs. 250/- (Rs. 125/- for SC/ST candidates). Differently abled candidates are exempted from the application fee. The application fee for NRIs/Foreign Nationals will be Rs. 1000/-. Fee can be remitted through challan or through credit card/debit card/net banking.
How to Fill Pondicherry University Application Form 2017

Step-1.1: Open Official Link
- Go through the official website of Pondicherry University (link will be provided above).
- Enter as “New Candidate”.
- Read all the instructions properly, accept the declaration & proceed.
Step-1.2: Fill Details & Upload Images
- Enter your personal details, qualification details & experience details (if any).
- Upload scanned photograph and signature. The scanned images should be as per the specifications mentioned below:
Signature Specifications: Signature must be done on a white paper of size 90 x 120 (30 Kb).
Photograph Specifications: Scanned passport size photograph should have white background of size 140 x 160 (60 Kb). - After submitting the details, a unique Login Id and Password will be generated & will be sent to the candidate’s registered ID and mobile number.
- Login as “Registered Candidate “using this login ID and password. With this login credentials, candidate can apply for more than one course.
Step-2: Course Selection & Fee Payment
Step-2.1: Select Course & Discipline
- Select the course & discipline for which you want to apply.
- Enter all the details requested by the page.
- Proceed towards the payment process.
Step-2.2: Payment Process
Application Fee can be submitted either online or through Challan.
Online:
- In this mode, the fee can be submitted through credit card/debit card/net banking.
- After the successful submission of fee, a confirmation message/email regarding successful fee submission will be sent to candidate’s registered Id or mobile number.
Challan:
- Download & Print Challan.
- Go to your nearest Indian Bank branch along with challan & make the payment.
- There is no need to send the Challan after payment.
Step-3: Preview/Print Application
- Candidates can preview their filled-in application by clicking on “Preview” button.
- Candidates who want to apply for another course are required to repeat step-2.
- Click on “Print” button to take the printout of your filled-in application.
- Keep safe the copy of application form for further references.
