NSIT PG 2018 admission will be based on the GATE score card. Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) is the reputed institutions which offer various programmes in the field of engineering. The university runs 4 years Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) & 2 years Master of Technology (M.Tech) programme. The admission into M.Tech programme on the basis of GATE scores. The admission into sponsored M.Tech (full-time) & the part-time programme will be based on the performance of qualifying examination, written test & interview. NSIT PG Admission Dates

NSIT PG Application Form 2018

• Candidates will be able to get NSIT PG 2018 application form through online mode from our website.
• The application form will be released from the 3^rd week of March 2018.
• Candidates can fill & submit the application form till 2^nd week of April 2018.
• Candidates have to fill separate online application for each division.
• During application form filling, candidates must upload the scanned images of photograph, signature & thumb impression in a JPEG format.
• The size of the scanned images must be larger than 4 KB & less than 100 KB (Photograph), greater than 1 KB & less than 30 KB (Signature & thumb impression).
• The dimension should be 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm(Height) only (Photograph, Signature & thumb impression).
• Keep the print copy of the filled application form for further use.

Application Fee:

Candidates will make payment through online mode, i.e. net banking/credit card/debit card. The admission fee is Rs. 1000.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

For M.Tech Course:

• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must qualify B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree from a recognized board.
• GATE Score Card: Candidates have to pass the GATE examination in the related discipline.
• Age Limit: Candidates age should be 21 years before 1^st October 2018.
• Sponsored M.Tech: Pass AMIE (India) exam with appropriate specialization /Graduation IETE (India) AMIE (London) or any other examination in the concerned branch.

Merit List

The admission into M.Tech Programme on the basis of the merit list prepared by the authority. The authority will prepare the merit list on the basis of GATE score card. For SC/ST & PwD candidates, separate merit lists will be prepared. All the admissions will be based in the order of merit. The percentage in the qualifying examination will decide the merit of the candidate.

Admission Procedure

The selection to the M.Tech programme will be based on the GATE score only for candidates, those register online for admission. The selection will be done by screening committee & selection committee. The admission into sponsored courses (full-time & part-time) will be based on the qualifying exam, written test & interview. Candidates have to bring their original documents along with the self attested photocopies at the time of admission procedure.

• 10^th & 12^th Passing Certificate
• Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate (Qualifying Examination)
• GATE Score Card
• DD/ Cheque of requisite admission fee
• ID Proof (Aadhaar card/ Passport/ Driving license / PAN card/ Voter ID)
• Printout of the application form duly signed
• Two latest passport size photographs
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Physical Disability Certificate (for PH candidates)
